Two-component water-based, general-purpose transparent primer. Used with BALCONY WATER waterproofing membrane as a companion component. Improves BALCONY WATER adhesion on: tile, stone, marble and glass surfaces

Thoroughly clean and remove dust, wax, loose material or unbonded particles, grease, oil, residues from other waterproofing agents and everything that may affect adhesion. Allow complete drying after water dissolution. Repair loose tiles and cracks. All joints must be properly treated. • Do not use on wet surfaces or in case of increasing humidity. Do not use if rain, fog or dew is expected. Before use on glass surfaces, the glass must not have any stain-resistant or anti-condensation surface treatment.
Mix the two components and stir by hand for 30 seconds. Use within 60 minutes after mixing. Apply at a rate of 50 to 150 g/m² (depending on surface absorption). Before applying BALCONY WATER (at 23°C and 50% R.H.), wait minimum 1 hour for drying. At lower temperatures, drying requires more time. See Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
