Resfoam 1K-M is a one-component, ultra-fluid polyurethane injection mortar made of special additives and accelerant, prepared according to a formula developed in MAPEI research laboratories. It is used for waterproofing structures, soils and rock exposed to intensive water. The reaction time is adjustable. On contact with water, the resin forms a semi-rigid waterproof polyurethane foam. Due to its high elasticity, Resfoam 1K-M penetrates cracks up to one hundred microns wide and can seal them, even if they are prone to water leakage. After curing, after 40-80 seconds, depending on the temperature and the amount of accelerant added, Resfoam 1K-M provides complete waterproofing of the treated surface. Resfoam 1K-M complies with the requirements of EN 1504-9 and EN 15045.
