Clean thoroughly and remove dust, waxes, loose material or non-adhering particles, grease, oil, residue from other water repellent treatments and anything that may affect proper adhesion. Allow complete drying after water blasting. Repair loose tiles and grouts. All joints should be properly treated.
Mix the two components and stir manually for 30 seconds.
Use within 60 minutes of mixing. Apply at a rate between 50 and 150 gr/sqm depending on substrate absorption. Allow at least 1 hour drying time before applying BALCONY WATER (23°C and 50% R.H.). Colder temperatures result in longer drying time.
