>98%, adhesion strength - 5 kg/cm2, creep resistance not less than - 65
cycles, open time 20 min, wetting time >20 min, sliding - less than 0,5 mm,
gap filling after 48 hours, time of use of prepared mass - 120 min.
Advantages
Fire resistance category A1. Density 1100 kg/m3. Adhesion 0,5 MPa.
Temperature resistance from -15°C to +70°C. Meets the requirements of the
European standard C1. Non-combustible, high vapor permeability, extended
processing time, good strength, environmental friendliness and good
adhesion, elastic, bending strength.
The surface to which the adhesive is to be applied must be dry, clean, strong
and capable of supporting the load.
Use on strong cement plaster, durable stone, brick or block masonry, and
stable and hard mineral surfaces, except glass. If necessary, add water before
bonding. Also used on special moisture resistant gypsum board. When used
on gypsum, cementless plaster or plasterboard, must be pre-primed with a
dispersion adhesive primer. Conventional mineral plaster surfaces should
dry/cure within 2-4 weeks.
Dilute the contents of a 25 kg bag in 7.5-8.5 liters of cold clean water. Stir
slowly until the mixture is homogeneous. Allow the mixture to stand for about
10 minutes and then stir for 1-2 minutes until lumps disappear before use.
Using a steel toothed trowel, spread the material over the surface and/or tile
until evenly coated. Handling Time - Depending on atmospheric conditions,
the mixture can be used within approximately 2 hours, adjustments can be
made within 20 minutes after setting begins. Under no circumstances should
material that has already cured and dried be reused. Such materials should
be disposed of as household waste. Tools should be washed with water
immediately after use.
During drying and application the temperature of the environment and the
surface should not be below +5 ° C and above +30 ° C. Time of use of mixed
mass - 2 hours. Slip distance less than 0.7 mm, gap filling after 48 hours.
After drying for at least 8 hours at +20 °C, the grooves can be adjusted. In
case of absorbent tiles, the grooves should be filled to the surface, in case of
non-absorbent tiles, decorative grooves can be left.
