It is used on heavy machinery, metal structures, heavily loaded and any other metal surfaces.

Color: Available in white and 23 RAL colors.
It is also possible to produce any color on the appropriate base (D; P; TR).
Surface Preparation:
- The surface must be clean, dry and free of defects such as adhering materials, dust, grease, oil, rust, moss, vapor, etc. to ensure reliable adhesion of the product.
- Pre-apply the recommended primer (primer, frame coat (protective)) to the surfaces.
- Mix the product thoroughly and apply to the surface.
- Full resistance to mechanical stress is reached after 20-30 days.
Conditions of use:
- Do not use (apply) at temperatures below 6 °C and above 40 °C and relative humidity above 80%. Unfavorable operating conditions may change the quality properties of the product.
Carrying tools:
- Brush.
- Roller.
Keep the tools in the container in a “wet” condition during operation. Pour product (paint) from tools into container and rinse tools with white spirit only. If the paint is dry, only a strong detergent can be used to scrub it off. Do not pour the washing water into groundwater.
- Consumption: 10 - 15 m2/liter per person;
- Dilution: 1 - 5% nitro solvent or white spirit;
- Drying time: 20 - 40 minutes, depending on the conditions of application;
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and/or eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with running water, seek medical advice if necessary. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. The workplace should be well ventilated. Wear personal protective equipment during application.
- Maximum level of volatile organic compounds:
- The permissible amount of VOCs for this product category is 420 g/l. The amount of VOCs in this product is 419 g/l, which meets the European Union requirements for this type of product.
Waste Management:
- In order not to pollute the environment, product waste requires special treatment. Therefore, do not dispose of it with household waste. For more information on waste collection and disposal, please contact your local authorities.
Storage:
- After use, close the container tightly and store it for future use. Store in a cool place. Keep away from freezing and direct sunlight.
