Brick masonry, concrete and stable painted surfaces must be clean, dry and load-bearing. Construction solution splashes, mold oil and similar stains, dust and unstable particles, dirt - should be removed as much as possible. Empty places in mortar should be broken out, re-mortared and leveled according to the surface. Easily absorbent and chalky surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned to a solid state and primed with Sylitol-Konzentrat 111.
During work and drying phases, the ambient and surface temperature should not be less than +5°C and should not exceed +30°C. Do not use under direct sunlight, strong wind, fog and high air humidity.
If necessary, use fasteners (dowels) only when the adhesive layer is sufficiently hardened, that is, on average after 1 day. The adhesive is completely dry and can withstand loads after 2-3 days. Capatect-Dämmkleber 185 dries through water evaporation, therefore in cold seasons and high air humidity conditions, the drying time increases.
Consumption: approximately 4.0-4.5 kg/m². Final consumption depends on the object to be processed and working conditions.Products offered
