How to choose a product and place an order?

  • Using the navigation buttons, the customer selects a product category.
  • The buyer clicks the "Add to cart" button and places the selected item in his cart.  
  • Before completing the purchase procedure, on the corresponding page and in the corresponding fields, the buyer indicates the following information about himself: personal number or identification code, mobile phone number, actual address, preferred shipping and payment methods. After filling in these fields, the buyer is given the opportunity to complete the purchase procedure. 
  • After filling in the fields on the purchase page, when clicking on the payment button, the buyer will be redirected to the payment page, where fees for various services can be added to the cost of the goods.
  • The order can be adjusted by telephone conversation with the customer. The surcharge or refund for the difference in the order value is confirmed by the customer in a telephone conversation with the Citadel operator.

  • The warranty applies only to those products to which a warranty certificate is attached.    
  • The terms of warranty service are specified in the corresponding warranty card.

  • If at the time of receipt of the order, the customer or the customer’s representative has no claim to the condition of the goods, then the goods are considered free of defects and external damage.    

How is the shipping cost calculated?


When purchasing products for up to 100 GEL, the delivery price is 6 GEL;       

When purchasing products in the amount of 100 to 500 GEL, the delivery price is determined on the basis of: 1 km - 1.50 GEL;           

When purchasing products worth more than GEL 500, delivery is free (Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Rustavi, Mtskheta);          

The cost of delivery outside the city is determined at the rate: 1 km - 2 GEL.

How and where can I get my products for pickup?

What is fast delivery service?

If the order is placed before 11:00, it will be delivered on the same day by 18:00 - 20:00.

When placing an order from 12:00 to 18:00, the goods will be delivered until 12:00 the next day. 


How and where can I get my products for pickup?

If the buyer indicates - "I pick up", and the order will be placed before 11:00, the goods can be picked up on the same day from 16:00 to 18:00.  

If the order is placed after 11 o'clock, then the goods can be picked up the next day from 10 o'clock.

Goods are picked up at the following addresses:

Note. Removal of goods from another branch is carried out according to an individual agreement between the company and the customer.  


Who receives the purchased goodss?


  • The person who placed the order from their office;
  • Any other person with legal capacity specified by the customer.

If the customer wants the goods to be received by another person, in this case, before completing the purchase procedure, he must indicate the following information about the recipient in the comment field: name, surname, personal number and mobile phone number.
