FOX SEALPLUS FM502 is a liquid crystalline capillary impermeability-promoting blend solution consisting of a variety of specialty chemicals. Thanks to these active chemicals, it reacts with the by-products formed by the hydration of water and cement in freshly poured concrete, and forms an insoluble crystalline structure in the pores and capillary spaces of the concrete. Thanks to this crystal structure, the water permeability of concrete decreases. FOX SEALPLUS FM502 has a self-healing feature for potential cracks smaller than 0.4mm
