Easy to apply with a standard caulking gun.
Can be painted after drying.
Does not shrink or crack under minor deformation.
Has good adhesion to concrete, plaster, brick, wood, and PVC.
Resistant to atmospheric influences, but not recommended for use in standing water.
Does not contain solvents, has minimal odor.

Working temperature during application: from +5°C to +35°C
Heat resistance after drying: from -20°C to +80°C
Elongation: ~100–150% (higher than standard acrylic)

Sealing around window and door frames.
Filling working joints where elasticity and paintability are required.
For use in dry and semi-damp areas (e.g., facades, interior defects).
