Destil MINI is 100% compatible with DOKA Frami!
The panels are available in widths from 30 to 90 cm and heights of 3, 2.7, 1.5 and 1.2 meters. Accordingly, they can be used for all construction needs. The profiles are hot-dip galvanized, made of S355MC grade high-strength steel, with a surface made of 15 mm thick Finnish birch plywood, with 220 g/m2 phenolic coating, or with a plastic cover on request.
Destil Mini is the most ergonomic vertical system from Farina Formworks due to its significantly reduced weight. Any concrete construction will be a light task when you have Destil Mini - the ideal system for medium and small construction sites.
The panel is made of high-strength steel of grade C315M, which is type C. The depth of the frame is 92 mm; The surface type is hot-dip galvanized.
Why does not it require a hoisting device?
Significant weight reduction (the weight of the panels is about 30 kg/m2) allows the installation, dismantling and moving of the system components using mechanical ( manual) hoisting tools!
Permissible load
The maximum pressure on the concrete should be 60 kN/m2 for panel heights up to 3 meters (without vertical panel laying) and 40 kN/m2 for heights over 3 meters (with panel laying).
High quality plywood
Quality plywood with a thickness of 15 mm, made of birch wood or coated with polymer, which has a service life 3 times longer.
High compatibility
The formwork is perfectly compatible with other leading formwork systems on the market, such as Doka Frami.
Long service life
Frames and profiles are galvanized with a layer of hot solid zinc both outside and inside.
