Its portfolio includes waterproofing systems, industrial and decorative flooring, concrete admixtures and repair mortars, which are successfully sold both in Turkey and in more than 40 leading countries around the world.

Tell us about your company - what goals and principles does it stand for?
Fox Bau is a customer-oriented company that places special importance on employee development and teamwork. Fox Bau's mission is to deliver high-quality products to international markets. It is precisely these principles that build our credibility and global success.
The story of your partnership with Citadeli is interesting - when did the collaboration begin and what shared values bring you together?
Our successful collaboration between Fox Bau and Citadeli began in 2023 and within a short time evolved into a full-fledged strategic partnership. After the first phone contact, the relationship quickly progressed to in-person meetings, which was soon followed by a visit by Citadeli's representatives to Fox Bau's production complex, laying the foundation for the further development of the partnership.
From the very first conversation, it became clear that both companies share common values and a unified vision of the market. Our primary goal is a thorough analysis of customer needs and offering solutions that simultaneously ensure high quality, reliability and technological advancement. In addition, both parties respond swiftly to market demands, which today require innovative products, professional technical support and prompt decision-making.
What materials does your brand produce, and which categories from this portfolio are exported to Georgia?
Fox Bau's product portfolio creates a complete construction solution through innovative systems, including: concrete repair mortars, hydro and thermal insulation materials, exterior paints, tile adhesives and more.

In Georgia, waterproofing materials, concrete admixtures, industrial floor coatings and acrylic primers enjoy particular popularity.
Within the framework of the partnership with Citadeli, which completed projects would you highlight?
Our portfolio includes many successful projects; however, one of the most significant can be considered the installation of a single-component polyurethane waterproofing system on a roof surface of more than 10,000 m². This project was the result of lengthy and consistent work, the goal of which was to earn the client's trust.
A decisive role in this project was played by a comprehensive approach: on-site test installation, technology demonstration, technical consultations and exhaustive answers to all questions. Additional contributing factors were competitive pricing, high-quality technical support and the timely delivery of required materials.
As a result, the client received a reliable and effective solution, while we gained yet another large-scale project that clearly demonstrates our high level of competence and the strength of our partnership.
The construction industry is quite dynamic - what challenges exist in the world today and what is Fox Bau's response?
Fox Bau is a company focused on continuous development that has achieved impressive results in the international market. Today we collaborate with more than 40 countries and are building long-term relationships grounded in trust and stability.
As a result of high demand and geographic expansion, over the past five years we have grown our production in Turkey from one to three modern factories. We are currently preparing for the opening of Europe's largest showroom in Essen, Germany, while logistics infrastructure is already being developed in Belgium and the Netherlands. The next step is strengthening our position in the French market.
In Central Asia, our decorative coating enjoys particular popularity and is widely used in hotels, boutiques, museums, cinemas and sports arenas.
You personally attended Caucasus Build, the largest international construction materials exhibition in Georgia - how do you assess the Georgian market, and with what specific interests did visitors approach your stand?
Together with Citadeli, we participated in Caucasus Build twice — first in 2024, then in 2025. During this period, the Georgian market demonstrated rapid development; in particular, interest in innovative technologies grew and decorative coatings became increasingly in demand.
This trend clearly indicates that Georgia is actively integrating global trends into its own projects. The process is further accelerated by the high competence of local specialists, which ensures the swift and effective realization of projects.

Let us compare Georgia with some of the partner countries to which you export materials - what similarities and differences exist in consumer behavior?
Georgia is a unique market. Despite its small size, it has great economic potential and a high level of interest in modern technologies. Particular attention is paid to environmental safety, energy efficiency and consumer comfort. Especially notable in the Georgian market is the active involvement of consumers in the material selection process and their openness to innovative solutions. Also worth mentioning is the hospitality and culture of professional communication characteristic of the Georgian market, which creates trust and the opportunity for long-term collaboration.
What advice do you have for the Georgian market?
It is rather difficult to give recommendations to a market that is demonstrating such a high pace of development and openness to innovation. Today, Georgia's construction sector is moving forward with confidence, actively embracing modern technologies, materials and architectural solutions. Therefore, instead of recommendations, we wish to express our desire that the existing growth momentum and constant striving for improvement be maintained. It is precisely these qualities that enable the market to remain competitive and create projects that meet the highest international standards. We are confident that the Georgian market has enormous potential and will continue moving boldly toward the ambitious goals it has already set for itself.
