Citadeli will offer new services to the construction sector

Citadeli presented a device for monitoring the achievement of concrete strength and controlling the drying process.

This device helps to speed up the construction process without affecting the quality of construction.

Citadeli hosted a business visit of representatives of Vemaventure, a company belonging to PERI Holding.

Henning Staves, Head of Digital Technology at Vemaventure, and Business Development Manager Aaron Leasid gave an extensive presentation of the device to the company representatives.

During the pouring process, the device makes it possible to determine the ratio between the main components of concrete, including the amount of water and air through a special sensor, which is a prerequisite for a perfect monolithic structure.

The sensor calculates the strength ratio based on the data on the temperature and time of the concrete. According to the mentioned indicators, the concrete grade is determined, which is used to determine the exact timing of formwork removal.

Within the framework of the visit, the second working meeting was also held in the concrete testing laboratory, where, together with Citadeli employees, Vemaventure representatives tested the temperature sensor.

The new device was tested in real conditions at the construction site of “Adli”, Citadeli's partner company 

In the near future Citadeli will present the mentioned sensor device to the construction sector both in Georgia and abroad.
