DUO - The global standard in the Georgian construction market

The system from the German brand PERI represents a multifunctional, innovative solution for modern construction. Its structural features allow the same components to be used for forming columns, walls, and slabs.

The key secret of the system lies in its lightweight, high-tech polymer. It not only simplifies the builders’ work but also ensures long service life, maintaining its original appearance without corrosion or deformation.

The versatility of the DUO formwork system is revealed in its ability to construct walls and diaphragms up to 5.40 m in height and 15-40 cm in thickness. It withstands fresh concrete pressure up to 50 kN/m², ensuring strength and smooth surfaces.

DUO is effectively used for casting slabs up to 30 cm thick, meeting the standard requirements of residential and commercial construction.

The system allows adjustment of column cross-sections from 15 cm to 55 cm, in 5 cm increments. Column formwork is designed to withstand fresh concrete pressure up to 80 kN/m².

Thanks to the lightweight elements, assembly and dismantling can be performed without lifting equipment.

As an innovative product, DUO has become an integral part of construction in many countries worldwide - Georgia included. DUO formwork is used on projects by Grada/Octa Construction, Adli, Luji House, Gruzia LLC, Alpha Home, Demax-Bochorma, Euro Monolith, and others.
